Century Homes and Renovations is a licensed residential contractor that remodels existing homes. We create new, updated, dream spaces that function well and provide value and enjoyment.

About the Owner
Matt Everett is a second generation builder and brings experience that only comes with growing up in the construction industry. From age 10 on, he spent summers on the job site and remembers how exciting it was to see an empty space or home transform.Every summer he stayed close to construction by working for framing crews, finish carpenters, painters, and remodeling companies.
After graduating from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Matt worked as a project manager and lead carpenter for a residential home builder, overseeing entire projects from start to finish. In 2001, he started his own business, incorporated in 2009 and received his contractor’s license from the state of North Carolina.

You and your home will receive the personal attention required to make things run smooth. I am on site daily to insure a flawless project that is completed on time and within budget. I make myself available and lend my expertise so that your ideas can become reality.”
